Ops Manager 3.0.29 Certificates page fails with 500 error

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to open the Certificates page in Ops Manager, it fails with "500 An error occurred". Below it also shows this stack trace:

Environment

 Ops Manager 3.0.29

Cause

This issue was caused due to an issue with Ops Manager 3.0.29 and having certain tiles, including Tanzu Gemfire installed.

Resolution

This has been fixed in Operations Manager 3.0.30+. Please upgrade to these versions to resolve this.
