Issue/Introduction

• Bundle downloads fail and the VMware Depot connection is lost in the SDDC Manager when the download failure occurs.
• The depot can re reauthorized without issue
• The depot credentials are good.
• There are no download size limits in the environment

Environment

VCF 5.1

Cause

This is caused by a full nfs-mount partition on the SDDC.

 

To confirm this do the following:

• Connect to the the SDDC manager via SSH as root user.
• Run the below commands to check storage status and what are the top directories using the most space of the "/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount" partition.
  • df h
  • du -sh /nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount/*

Resolution
