Reviewing Dx NetOps Virtual Network Assurance Logs

Resolution

VNA Install Log:

 

/opt/CA/VNA/logs/DX_Virtual_Network_Assurance_install_*_*_*_*_*_*.log

 

VNA Logs (Server):

 

In the /opt/CA/VNA/wildfly/standalone/log/ directory you will find the following log files:

• oc.log.# (inventory and\or alarm\notification) [See article 239790 (linked below) for debug]
• server.log (server exceptions and mysql issues) 
• gateway.log
• error.log (this is generally 0kb when server is healthy)
• audit.log

VNA Logs (per Engine\Collector):

 

/opt/CA/VNA/collector/<plugin_engineid>/tmp/

 

Remote Engineer (to be provided to support):

 

/opt/CA/VNA/RemoteEngineer/re.sh
