performance of the virtual appliance, as well as information about any problems that occur.

The log bundle generated is saved on the Desktop.
Note: If Workspace One Access 3.3.7 is being managed by VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle the log bundle can be collected using VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle. If Workspace One Access is cluster it will create one log bundle for all the three nodes.
