Resolution
No resolution available at this time. Please follow workaround process.
Workaround:
Access the newly deployed NSX-T Manager via CLI.
Move to Engineering mode using st eng and provide root credentials.
Move to folder /image/backup/cluster/
Connect to sftp server using sftp credentials sftp <username>@<sftpserver>
Move to the folder where your inventory file is located /<sftppath>/inventory-summary/4.x.x.x.xxxx-<UUID>/inventory-<date>.json
Execute the command get inventory-<date>.json, hit enter.
Type exit and hit enter. (This will get the file copied over to the NSX-T Manager).
Rename the inventory file, mv inventory<date>.json inventory_backup.json
Go to NSX-T UI > System > Backup & Restore and hit retry this time restore will complete successfully.
