ESXi hosts in NSX for vSphere 6.x fails to configure VXLAN Tunnel End Point when rebooted

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• After rebooting ESXi hosts fails to establish VXLAN Tunnel End Point
• In the web browser with address http://VC_IP/eam/mob/, you see an 503 error
• On the Install screen of NSX plug-in, you see the error similar to:
  
  NSX Manager internal error. Review the NSX Manager log for details or contact your system administrator
  Unexpected status code: 503

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.0.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.1.x

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.

If you are unable to upgrade to VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2, follow this workaround.

To work around this issue, restart the vCenter Server service. For more information, see Stopping, starting or restarting vCenter VMware vCenter Server service (315395).

Note: If restarting the vCenter Server service does not resolve the issue, reboot the vCenter Server.
