Issue/Introduction

If PGB setup is as Full Account Family, CloudHealth does not pass down linked account IAM roles for Full Account Family.  Only the payer account is passed and then linked accounts are derived at the customer tenant.

A workaround to pass down the IAM roles from Partner Tenant to Customer Tenant is to configure PGB as "Consolidated" first (selecting all linked accounts).  Then when the accounts appear in the customer tenant, delete the consolidated billing block and configure a new one as Full Account Family.
