Issue/Introduction

There are many times when ConnectALL support will need high detail logs in order to help troubleshoot an issue. This article describes the steps to set a log file to DEBUG level in ConnectALL.

Resolution

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right and click Logs
  2. Choose the log type:
If you are gathering logs for something that is occurring in the user interface, for example, setting up a new automation, then click the Log Type dropdown and choose "ConnectALL"
If you are gathering logs for an issue that is occurring during the execution of a regularly scheduled automation, click the Log Type dropdown and choose "Server"
  3. Click the Log Path dropdown and choose the path that ends with ConnectALL.log
  4. Click the dropdown to the right of that and choose DEBUG
  5. Now, reproduce the steps that result in the error, and please note the time that the error occurred
  6. Finally, download the ConnectALL.log file from the Logs page and attach that to the case with the time and time zone that you saw the error.
