Issue/Introduction

Review and Approve Page shows incorrect availability when resource first day of week is set as holiday in derived calendar and date of hire is second day of week.

Steps To Reproduce:

• Login to Clarity (Classic)
• Navigate to Administration --> Project management --> Base Calendars
• Create a new calendar from Standard Calendar.
• In the new calendar mark the start of the week as Holiday for any Month (eg, 8th April).
• Navigate Home -> Resource -> Pick any Resource (eg Jason Berry)-> Calendar
• Assign this Derived Calendar to the resource (eg, Jason Berry) and set their Date of Hire as the second day of the same week (eg, 9th April)
• Login to New UX
• Go to Timesheet -> Review and Approve Page
• Ensure resource (eg, Jason Berry) has timesheet approve right in order to see Review and Approve Page
• Filter for that resource and go to the time period for which holiday was set

Expected Results :- Review and Approve should show 32 hours as available hours as resource has 4 working days in the week.

Actual Results :- Review and Approve shows 24 hours ignoring the second day of the week.

Workaround:- Shift the date of Hire to start of the week.
