User Access Rights and User Access Rights Detail reports throw RPT-0020

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run the below two reports from Clarity - Reports and Jobs, we get an error message:

RPT-0020 Error occurred when downloading the report User Access Rights

• User Access Rights
• User Access Rights Detail

Running them from Advanced Reporting works. This used to work prior to upgrade

Cause

User Access Rights and User Access Rights Detail not reapplied after PMO upgrade

Resolution

Apply the two reports in the PMO content in Clarity 

1. Go to Administration - Content Addins - PMO
2. Filter on User Access Rights
3. See if User Access Rights and User Access Rights Detail "Job" is Installed or Upgrade Ready
4. If Upgrade Ready, select both reports and click Install
5. Now go back to Home - Reports and Jobs
6. Run the reports, making sure you filter them accordingly to return a limited amount of results
