Any scans initiated (On-Demand, Scheduled, or otherwise) complete immediately and show zero files scanned. Testing with Eicar also fails to detect.

To resolve this issue:
1. Upgrade to 14.3 RU3+
2. Use LiveUpdate Administrator to download SymVT content for SEPM/Clients.
3. Host the contents of SymVT-20231108T230607Z-001.zip (attached to this article) on an HTTP server and point the SEPM/Clients Liveupdate to that location to update SymVT content.
