Issue/Introduction

This article provides instructions for User Administrators on how to update their own profile access or manage access for other users within the Broadcom Support Portal.

Resolution

As a User Administrator, to update your own profile access or access for other users, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Navigate to My Tools and select the Users and Permissions tab.



  2. Search by the Company/Site ID and Select the edit icon next to the user profile



    3. Click on the radio button to update the Specific access. (All changes are automatically saved)
