How to disable Rally sessions

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes users start seeing strange issues in Rally and disabling Rally sessions can help.

"Concurrency Error: Another change is currently in progress, and your last edit was not saved. Please try again."

Resolution

Please disable your Rally sessions by:

• Selecting your profile image
• Select Disable Sessions
• Select Confirm

Then logout and back into Rally by:

• Selecting your profile image,
• Select sign out
• Log back in
