How do I submit Ideas/Enhancement Requests for Symantec VIP?

Resolution

“Ideas” is a forum in the Broadcom Communities where customers can post, vote, and comment on enhancement requests. The product team will update the status to show where an idea is in the life cycle. Please provide as much information you can to asses the request properly.

Here are detailed instructions on how to open a new Idea:

1. Navigate to https://community.broadcom.com/participate/ideation-home/ and then log in with your Broadcom support credentials.
2. Click the Add button near the upper right of the page.
3. Enter the Idea (enhancement), providing as much detail as possible.  Use case examples help clarify the idea and allows Product Management/Engineering to consider the full range of implementation possibilities.
4. Select Symantec VIP as product from the Select Categories dropdown menu.
5. Click Save to submit the idea.

Product Management team reviews these Ideas regularly and the more vote an Idea get the more chances of it being considered in the product.
