Gen Toolset Proxy generation "fatal internal memory" error

Issue/Introduction

When expanding the list of Server Managers for proxy generation on the Gen Toolset, it crashes with "fatal internal memory" error

Or on the CSE, receive the warning: CSEXI0119W The maximum number of rows is selected. Use the filter to selectively list items.
That results in a incomplete list.

In this case, the expansion was with 400+ Objects to generate as proxies.

Environment

Gen 8.6 Workstation Toolset and CSE 

Resolution

Support could not duplicate the problem with a similar number of Server Managers for proxy generation.   
The recommendation is to subset a smaller number of Server Members for proxy generation such that expanding the list of Server Managers does not crash the system.
Doing that enabled successful proxy generation.
