Here is a quick screen by screen walkthrough on how you can quickly search our knowledge base articles to find your answers for your CA Products.
We recommend searching through our knowledge base first to see if a solution for your issue exists. If you don’t find something that suits your needs, please open a support case.
1) Open your favourite browser and go to http://support.ca.com. This will take you to your homepage for everything that CA Support offers. If you are not logged in, please click on the Login hyperlink shown by the red arrow below.

2) Once you have successfully logged in, you can enter the search phrase to search all online content, including knowledge base articles for in the main search field as shown below. In this example, we are using "CA Agile Requirements Designer license".

After you hit enter, or press the 'eye glass' icon, you will be launched into the following screen. Here you can tailor your search query and our new search will go through our documentation, knowledge base, and our communities.
