APM SSO 13.0 Siteminder metrics not reporting

Issue/Introduction

We installed CA APM 13.0 and EPAgent 10.2 on Linux 7 webagent 12.52 server. After installing we see that Siteminder metrics are not reporting. We have another similar server, where the siteminder metrics are reporting.

Resolution

Used the below setting in WebAgent.conf. AgentIdFile="/etc/httpd/conf/AgentId.dat"EnableIntroscopeAgentSupport="YES" EnableMonitoring="YES" stopped Apache httpd process, and then replaced/adjusted the webagent conf file as above, and then restarted Apache httpd process.
