Check the retrieval agents are with loopback IP address. (127.0.0.1) or actual IP address.
You can check the Retrieval agent Ip address in Automation Studio .
In Automation Studio, click Administration, Agent Management, Agent groups

Go to CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\NolioAgent\conf and open nimi_config.xml file for editing.
Change the loop back IP address to Actual IP address
Restart the agent service and try the deployment again.
