Gen 8.6 Comms Bridge startup error loading COMMDLL INTCP85N

Issue/Introduction

After installing a new Gen 8.6 Communications Bridge on Windows Server 2012, the following error is returned when starting it:
An error occurred while loading COMMDLL INTCP85N

Environment

Release: 8.6
Component: Gen Communications Bridge

Resolution

The IEFCBN.exe can be executed from Windows Explorer with no error.
Executing the CB Comm Bridge from the icon and the error occurs.
Reviewed the initialization file "C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\CA\Gen 8.6\logs\cb\IEFCBN.INI" and see that the COMMDLL is set to Gen 8.5 version INTCP85N where it should be set to INTCPN. Manually setting it to INTCPN fixed the error. 

CCN86102/SS01626 has been created and contains the fix for both the CM Client Manager and CB Comm Bridge.
