Issue/Introduction

Error Message :
U2000099 Transfer key could not be loaded

Agent fails to start and the above error message is displayed in the Agent's log file.

 

Environment

OS Version: N/A

Cause

Cause type:
Other
Root Cause: For some reason the transfer key between the Server and the Agent has become invalid.

Resolution

  1. Login as Client 0.
  2. Right click on the Agent in the System Overview and choose renew transfer key.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, delete the .kstr file on the file system and restart the Agent.
