Spectrum Install User Validation Fails

Issue/Introduction

When you try to enter the credentials for the installation owner you get the error "Error validating the username and password."

Cause

Possible root cause are special characters in the users password.

Resolution

Please remove any special characters from the user's password, then restart the installation to resolve the issue.
