Browser hanging while trying to load the CA CSM URL

Mainframe Software Manager (Chorus Software Manager)
I just upgraded CA CSM to the latest Build and now when when I try to access the CA CSM URL from the GUI the browser hangs to load the CA CSM login page.
The Browser Cache needs to be cleared
Clear cache in the browser, close the browser and then relaunch the browser again to load the CA CSM URL and that worked.
