Deleting an option presented under the Privacy Levels for Support Automation gives an error: INVALID AHD20042:Cannot delete this Privacy Level. It is referenced by a role. How can this be resolved?

Under the Service Desk Administration tab -> Security and Role mgmt -> Support Automation Access -> each record has a mapping to privacy levels. Delete those mappings and then delete the privacy level to avoid the error.
