Trap Exploder 1.6 PL2/PL3 crashing on Linux

Issue/Introduction

Trap Exploder 1.6 PL2/PL3 is crashing at startup on Linux with the following error:

CA eHealth TrapEXPLODER starting.

/etc/init.d/trapexploder: line 72:  9849 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) nohup $TRAPXDIR/bin/$DAEMON -p $PORT -f $CONFFILE >> $TRAPXLOG 2>&1

Resolution

Please do the following on the trapx system to resolve this issue:

1. Make a backup of the /opt/trapx/bin/libawscomm.so file

2. Download the libawscomm.so file and replace the existing /opt/trapx/bin/libawscomm.so file with this file

3. Start trapx as normal
