TDM: Validation of Oracle Application Continuity best practices

Issue/Introduction

We need to know if CA TDM has support as indicated by Oracle for best practices regarding application continuity.

Practices that need to be validated:
- TAF Transparent Application Failover
- Application Continuity Oracle References: https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/HABPT/config_fcf.htm#HABPT5382
  http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/features/jdbc/default-2280470.html

Please validate if supported and how we configure this on TDM.

Resolution

These are unsupported per Development.  CA has not tested these Best Practices internally.
