Issue/Introduction
All batch jobs and CICS jobs receive 1469
Cause
Ran a REFRESH SVC while IDMS CV was ACTIVE
Resolution
Verify that a CAIRIM job was recently run.
The refresh of the IDMS SVC while the CV is up and running could be the reason for the 1469 error.
Due to the delete and add of the SVC, the communication through the SVC is lost.
A CV recycle helps because the CV 'rebuilds' the svc communications during startup. A REFRESH should never be run while the CV is up.

Possible problems after CAIRIM refresh of the SVC:
***** 1469's after CAIRIM run on CV that was up and using the SVC....
If a CAIRIM REFRESH job is run while a CV is active and currently using that SVC that is being refreshed, NO external rununits will be able to signon to that CV until it is recycled.
