Issue/Introduction

Description:

I am trying to start the Unicenter Product on an AS/400. I am getting a message when using the CAJMASTART command.
The error message is a MCH3601 - Pointer not set for location referenced.
This gives me a message CAI0102

1. caunistop *all
   
   
2. clrlib caunisys (from cacfgopt menu)
   
   
3. clrlib caunitmp (from cacfgopt menu)
   
   
4. caenvload
   
   
5. caoptload
   
   
6. caenvsave
   
   
7. caunistart *all
   
   If this does not correct the problem, call CA Support
