Expanding the Internal Allocations node of a software asset (which has a significant amount of existing allocations)in UAPM 11.3.4, takes a considerable amount of time (up to 8 minutes) to expand and load.

This can be caused by the UAPM Web\Application server operating system not being at the same level as the Operating System on the Database Server.

Example: UAPM 11.3.4 web\application server is at Windows Enterprise 2003 R2 and SQL Server Database Server is at Windows Enterprise 2008 R2.

To correct this problem, the UAPM Application\Web server operating system should be at the same operating system level as the Database server.
