Procedure to increase the timeout value for the ITPAM

Issue/Introduction

To increase the timeout value for the ITPAM, please perform the following steps:

  1. Please edit the <install path>/server/c2o/.config/OasisConfig.properties file in a text editor and locate the following value:

    managementconsole.timeout=30

  2. You may change the value to 120(for example) which look like below to increase the timeout value:

    managementconsole.timeout=120

    This setting is in minutes, so for example, setting this value to 120 would be 2 hours.

  3. Please be sure to restart your ITPAM orchestrator service once this is done.

Note: It is recommend to test this on the DEV machine prior making the changes on the production machine.
