Issue/Introduction

Description:

When trying to access the ADA Master Console site, it gives the error:

HTTP Error 500.19 -Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Solution:

  1. Check if .NET 4.0 has been installed and IIS 7.0
  2. If .NET 4.0 is installed you must uninstall .NET 4.0 as it is not supported with ADA 9.2 and will cause this error. You can uninstall this from "Control Panel->Uninstall Programs".
  3. Recycle IIS after this is done and verify .NET 3.5 SP1 is still installed.
  4. Try to access the Web Console again and it should now work.
