Issue/Introduction

Description:

How does the ASUSPEND flag get set? Does it have to be set by an administrator, or does it also get set if a user is inactive too long?

Solution:

An acid that is ASUSPENDed is suspended for administrative reasons, for example, TSS ADD(acid) SUSPEND.
An acid that is suspended for inactivity is PSUSPENDed.
