Do we need a new license [ca.olf] for r12.1 upgrading from 7x?

Description:

For SCM license usually we get ca.olf from the license team for both Harvest 7x and r12.1. We replace this file when we get a new one. The Broker will read the new file once we restart it. During Harvest upgrade to r12.1x, we do need to upgrade the license component lic98 as well, but the same ca.olf file works fine.

Solution:

Yes you can use the same ca.olf file from Harvest 7.1 although we upgrade the license component in lic98. So during upgrade, the ca.olf needs to be backed up as well.
