Issue/Introduction

Description:

If questions arise regarding the functionality of the command sponsor its functionality can be tested.

Solution:

From the iTechnology folder run the following command:

NOTE: The default directory for going to the iTechnology directory is /opt/CA/SharedComponents/iTechnology

./AutoSysCommandWrapper.sh -t

Once the command is run you will need to enter the following:

1. Enter a valid user that can log onto this AutoSys machine and then press Enter key
   
   
2. Enter the password for the user specified in Step 1 and press the Enter key
   
   
3. Enter an AutoSys command and press the Enter key
   
   
4. Enter ENDOFTRANSMISSION and press the Enter key

If the command specified is successful then the command sponsor is working correctly on the AutoSys machine.
