eHealth Statistics Rollup does not run

Issue/Introduction

Description:

The eHealth scheduled Statistics Rollup job does not run at its next scheduled time. You may also see the following messaged logged:

08/19/12 12:35,Info,Pgm nhiDbServer: The job 'Analyze Database Schema' has been running for more than 6 hours (Job id: 100021, Process id: 15629).
08/19/12 12:35,Info,Pgm nhiDbServer: The job 'Statistics Index' has beenrunning for more than 6 hours (Job id: 100005, Process id: 28646).
08/19/12 12:35,Info,Pgm nhiDbServer: The job 'Statistics Rollup' has been running for more than 6 hours (Job id: 100000, Process id: 25259).

Solution:

Check to see if there is a backup of the eHealth system being done utilizing some third party backup software. If it is, it must be set to not backup the eHealth Oracle database files. The backup software may lock them and cause this problem. The backup software should be configured to exclude them. They would not be valid anyway for any type of recovery. You must use nhSaveDb for that purpose, and back up its output when it completes if you wish.
