When trying to create Custom report/Analysis report you may get the following error (After you click 'new'). This issue may also occur when opening default RA web page

HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found

The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler.

Solution:

This issue will occur if web server role services are not installed properly as detailed in Installation prerequisite guide of RA.

Install Web Server role service from "Server Manager" window to get rid of this error message.
