Issue/Introduction

Description:

IXUTIL on 12.8 has changed in operation from previous releases - it is now the Import Export Utility.

Solution:

On previous releases of Service Catalog, the import and export of Services, Forms, etc. was performed through the command-line IXUTIL script. This has been made much simpler now, as it is performed through the Service View UI, under the Administration Tab, then Tools > Import Export Utility:

After selecting the type of object you wish to export or import, the options appear in the Attributes section, along with relevant help information. Command-line IXUTIL still exists, but the syntax has changed, so it is recommended to use this graphical version.
