Solution:

The above error could occur if you have a corrupt LOGONSERVER.

To confirm the same, please do the following:

On a machine that throws this error, log off and logon with any other domain account to check whether the error occurs each time?

If the error occurs each time, run a 'set' command at a command prompt and look at the entry for 'LOGONSERVER=\\'

Check if the server name listed has a name that is more than 14 characters long. If this is the case, please open a support ticket and request for test fix TFCD897.
