Issue/Introduction

When creating a Migration strategy, if a user provides a Profile Name and Creator, it must have been previously created using the Analysis Profile Services option.

This information can be provided on the RC/M Migration Strategy Analysis screen or when updating the Analysis options.

If the Profile Name and Profile Creator are provided on the RC/M Migration Strategy Analysis screen,

then the expectation is that the profile was created through the Expert Profile - Option P - Analysis Profile Management function.
