Issue/Introduction

Description:

Cannot restart the CAHCHECK address space after shutting it down. The documented command to restart the address space is being used, but the following message is received:

   IEE296I IEESYSAS FAILED BY SECURITY INTERFACE. RC=0000001C RSN=00000000 SAFRC=00000008 

You are using Top Secret security. The security report shows:

   *FAIL* CAHCHECK STC IMPL IEEVSTAR *1C*-11

Solution:

 	TSS CREATE(IEESYSAS) TYPE(USER) NAME('IEESYSAS') PASS(password,0) 	
 	TSS ADD(IEESYSAS) NORESCHK NOLCFCHK NOSUBCHK NODSNCHK NOVOLCHK 	
 	TSS ADD(IEESYSAS) FAC(STC) 	
 	TSS ADD(STC) PROCNAME(IEESYSAS) ACID(IEESYSAS) 

Note: If the STC is defined with a password, it will be necessary to use TSS OPTIONS(004).

When CAHCHECK has been shutdown without the restart option, the following command is needed to restart CAHCHECK:

  S IEESYSAS,PROG=CAHCHECK,JOBNAME=CAHCHECK,TIME=1440,SUB=MSTR
