"There is a problem accessing CA IT PAM Workflow - please try again or contact administrator. Details:(401)Unauthorized"

To resolve this error, define the 'caextwf_endpoint' option value correctly in the appropriate case as below:
Recycle the Service Desk manager services and you should now be able to attach the PAM workflow tl the change category successfully.
