Meaning of the asterisk(*) after Referenced Date

In the Cleanup database, some records contain an asterisk (*) following the referenced date. What does the * indicate?

Resolution

Newly added items begin tracking at the midnight nightly reload or whenever the main task is restarted. These items are flagged with an asterisk (*) to denote them as newly added. The asterisk flag clears upon first use.

When there is an * beside the date then the date indicates when the item was added to the tracking file and that it has not been referenced since then.
