cisco_ucm probe RTMT Profiles enhancements: Custom Messages, Grouping and Test button

Issue/Introduction

Users of the cisco_ucm probe reported functional limitations when monitoring RTMT profiles. The following enhancements were requested:

1. Inability to select customized "message tokens" for RTMT Profiles, which is available in default monitors but was missing for RTMT-based monitoring.
2. Lack of folder organization options within the RTMT profile configuration, making it difficult to group devices efficiently.
3. Redundant configuration requirements, where devices had to be configured twice—once in the RTMT section and again for standard template monitoring—resulting in increased onboarding and troubleshooting time.
4. Missing Test Button for RTMT Profiles 
5. RTMT profiles not connected do not report as down in GUI

To Implement these Enhancements deploy cisco_ucm-2.13-20260810.121349-3.zip that is attached to this KB. 

• Download and deploy the cisco_ucm probe version cisco_ucm-2.13-20260810.121349-3.zip that is attached to this KB or higher if there is a higher GA version from the DX UIM archive --> Nimsoft Archive
• This version introduces support for customized message tokens within RTMT profile configurations.
• New folder options are now available within RTMT profiles to facilitate better device grouping and minimize redundant configuration.
• These updates align RTMT monitoring with standard template onboarding workflows, improving overall operational efficiency.
• RTMT supports TEST connection. 
• RTMT profiles now support GUI down/not connected red-crossed icon.
