Datacom DATACOM - AD SYSVIEW Performance Management

Issue/Introduction

When I perform a STATUS through SVCOMPR, I don't see any tasks. But when I look at DCTASKS through SYSVIEW I see a number of server tasks in the MUF. Why is there a difference?

Environment

Resolution

SYSVIEW shows all the tasks allocated in the MUF for Datacom Server, whether they are active or not.

The number of tasks displayed would match the value specified in the Server startup parameter DBUSERS.

Those tasks that are in a status of ACTIVE are allocated to a client. The rest would have a status of NOT ACTIVE.

The SVCOMPR STATUS command only shows active tasks.
