Issue/Introduction

Though "User Account Control Settings" is set to "Never Notify", still eHealth installer throws error as shown in below image:

Environment

Windows Server 2012

Cause

Though "User Account Control Settings" is set to "Never Notify", the registry entry is not set.

Resolution

1.Type Regedit in run prompt and hit enter

2.Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system

3.On right hand side, Double click on EnableLUA

4.Change the Value data to a 0

 

5.Click OK, then reboot the server
