How to disable automatic upgrades to SEP 16

Issue/Introduction

For SEP 14.3.x agents managed by Integrated Cyber Defense Manager (ICDm), administrators may want to temporarily suspend the auto-upgrade to SEP 16 and maintain version 14.3.x for the time being.

Resolution

Modify your System Policy using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Change the Release Channel to [Previous Release]

Go to [Product Upgrade Settings] - [Enable Auto Upgrade] - [Show Advanced]. Move the [Release channel] slider to "Previous release channel" and save/apply the policy. The "Previous release channel" will continue to deliver SEP 14.3.x for the foreseeable future.

Method 2: Completely disable Auto-Upgrade

Go to [Product Upgrade Settings] and toggle [Auto Upgrade] to the OFF (left) position to disable the auto-upgrade feature entirely.
