Fast Load fails with: PFL1105E - VARCHAR unload from Source Load to Target.

Issue/Introduction

Running Fast Unload from the Source object and Loading the Target with the unload file, it fails with: PFL1105E - VARCHAR  input col xxx exceeds DB2 catalog maximum length  

Environment

DB2 V10 NFM Release R17.

Cause

The Source DDL mismatch to the Target.  

Resolution

Drop and recreate the Target object to match the Source object.
