The hserver processes are getting error:
[CAI/PT][ODBC Oracle Dynamic driver]Environment variable ORACLE_HOME="@" does not point to a valid directory. SQLSTATE=08001
The read and execute privileges for the 32bit Oracle client driver directory
may not be granted to the cascm userID.
Check to see if the cascm userId that is used to start the broker has full read - execute privileges under the entire ORACLE_HOME directory. This where the 32bit Oracle client driver and the TNSNames.ora files should reside. Correct this access, stop the broker, hservers, and rtserver, then run hdbsetup with CO option and reestablish the proper ODBC DSN connection object [harvest] and test connectivity. If connectivity is good the restart the broker and retest workbench activity.
As always, please contact CA Technologies support for CA Harvest Software Change Manager if you have further questions.
