WCC QVIEW Error: "Error: E133002 Report error: Starting Conditions: Resources: null"

Issue/Introduction

We are getting this message in WCC GUI, "Error: E133002 Report error: Starting Conditions: Resources: null"

This error pops up when we go to QVIEW and search any job having resource attribute.

Environment

CA Workload Control Center 11.3.x and earlier

Cause

The 'E133002' error message manifests when the resource name(s) in the job definition starts with a digit.

e.g: 7890_RESOURCE_NAME

 

Resolution

If the resource name starts with an alphabet, the error message does not occur when displaying the job in the QVIEW tab. 

This is purely a cosmetic problem and does not affect the functionality of either WCC or WAAE. The job definition will still be displayed correctly in the QVIEW tab.

Note: This problem has been addressed in the latest WCC version (11.4.x).
