NetVoyant Service Manager Service crashes

Issue/Introduction
NetVoyant service manager won't stay running.
The serviced log contains error similar to the following:
omniORB: 2016-08-14 06:24:31.960000: throw BAD_PARAM from uri.cc:297 (NO,BAD_PARAM_BadSchemeName)
omniORB: 2016-08-14 06:24:32.787000: throw OBJECT_NOT_EXIST frominProcessIdentity.cc:257 (NO,OBJECT_NOT_EXIST_NoMatch)
omniORB: 2016-08-14 06:24:32.787000: throw OBJECT_NOT_EXIST from omniObjRef.cc:1155 (NO,OBJECT_NOT_EXIST_NoMatch)
Environment
Cause
Database corruption that could be caused by unexpected reboots or shutdowns.
Resolution
1. Run mysqlcheck --auto-repair –A, on the problem Poller.
2. Stop the NetVoyant services on the problem Poller.
3. Locate the directory named orb.db which is usually located at
D: \NetVoyant\jre\bin\orb.db then RENAME orb.db TO ob.db_org
4. Start the services
After renaming the directory, the NetVoyant service manager is now running.
