Power filter on Capacity Overiew portlet does not work

Issue/Introduction

Unable to use the Power Filter functionality on the Capacity Overview portlet. When clicking the 'Build Power Filter' link on the Capacity Overview portlet, receive error: 'There are no fields available for power filter use.'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Power Filter option on the Capacity Overview portlet:

• In PPM go to Administration->Portlets
• Click on the Capacity Overview portlet
• Select 'Layout' from the 'List Filter Section' tab
• Check 'Allow Power Filter' check box and then click 'Save and Return'

    2.  In PPM go to Home->Resource Management->Capacity Overview

    3.   Click the '+' icon next to the Capacity Overview portlet to expand the filter section (if not expanded already)

    4.   Click the 'Build Power Filter' link 

Expected Result: A 'Power Filter' configuration page appears

Actual Result: Receive message: 'Alert: There are no fields available for power filter use.'

Environment

Applies to all supported PAS environments for specified releases.

Cause

This is caused by: CLRT-75476

Resolution

This is working as designed, power filter capability is currently not available in the Capacity Overview portlet.
